Operational Features
- The Studio shall be open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- A highly accomplished Chef will be waiting in the wings to offer support to a passionate learner.
- An interested participant can register anytime during the currency of the programme, irrespective of the area of specialization.
- Age is no bar- current students, ex -students, potential entrepreneurs, faculty members, housewives and other member of the public are encouraged to participate and enhance their culinary skills.
- Participant can do multiple stints subject to prior booking and its availability.

Workshop on Pasta and Pizza Baking
Details of the topics covered in the workshop:-
- Introduction to pasta dough ingredients and dough making process.
- Cooking stuffed pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini, Tortelloni, Fagottini, Cannelloni & Lasagna.
- Introduction to pizza dough making with variations.
- Expounding of detailed steps involved to making a scrumptious pizza.
Chef Profiles
- Chef Pawan Kukreja: He is currently the Executive Chef at Ramada, Dehradun. He has extensive experience in the Culinary Arts and has previously worked with a number of star brands including The Lalit, Radisson Blue and The Orchid. His area of specialization is Continental Cuisine.
- Chef Shahnawaz: He is currently the Patisserie Chef at Ramada, Dehradun. He has previously worked with The Leela, Mumbai as the Demi Chef De Partie.
