The Diploma in Commi Chef I will enable the individual to preparation basic food recipes and assist sous chef or chef-de-partie in food preparation. The course has been approved by the THSC (Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council) of the NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognized national or state board.
The duration of this course is 3 months
