The program offers a straight school to career path for people interested in the hotel, restaurant or the food industry. This course is designed to provide students with extensive knowledge on the Hotel Industry, within the kitchen, front office, housekeeping, F&B production and F&B service operations, sales and marketing, French and Business communication. This twelve-month program integrates theoretical and practical knowledge in kitchen lab, front office, housekeeping, F&B production and service operation. On-job experience imparted during the course enriches and reinforces what students learn in the classroom and develops their practical skills, which is critically important for future success in the industry.
Candidate must have completed Grade 10 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognized national or state board.
The duration of this course is 12 months of which 6 months are spent on theoretical training in the classroom followed by 6 months of industrial exposure. At the end of 12 months, placement of students in the domestic market is facilitated.
