This course offers theoretical learning, practical training and industrial skills required for students to be successful in the hotel management industry. It is affiliated to OTHM, United Kingdom. The program provides an industry-driven curriculum to teach and test students and awards them with industry-recognized diplomas. The program integrates theoretical and practical learning in the kitchen lab, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage production, service operation and culinary work. Additionally, students can choose their specialisation in a few months and tailor the practical training to their specific aspirations.
Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognized national or state board.
The duration of this course is 12 months which involves 6 months of theoretical and practical training and 6 months of industrial exposure. At the end of 12 months, students are sent for international Internships or placements facilitating an immersive global hospitality experience.
